Maison Del Mar provides 24/7 ordering and delivery service only within Mallorca. Delivery fees are €60 for Palma y Otros, €90 for Suroeste, €120 for Norte, and €120 for other eligible Mallorca areas. Orders of €1,000 or more qualify for free delivery. Delivery is not available outside Mallorca.

The correct delivery fee is calculated from the postcode entered at checkout. Customers with fincas, villas, or properties without a complete postal address should provide an exact map location, Google Plus Code, property name, and access instructions.

Eligible unused and unopened products may be returned in their original packaging. Opened, used, perishable, customised, or hygiene-sensitive products may not be returnable unless they arrive damaged, incorrect, or faulty. Please contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect.
