Where a property does not have a complete or standard postal address, the customer may be required to provide an exact map location, GPS coordinates, Google Plus Code, finca or property name, gate information, or other access instructions.

Maison Del Mar offers 24/7 ordering and delivery service within eligible Mallorca areas. Delivery remains subject to product availability, successful payment or an approved payment method, accurate delivery information, access to the property, and order confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on order size, product availability, destination, traffic, weather, access conditions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The customer is responsible for checking that the postcode, map location, phone number, property name, and access instructions are correct. Additional costs or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information may be charged to the customer where permitted.
